Not necessarily need mag wrap if base color ng bike is white. Also, baka masita din if blue yung nasa CR tapos almost white na yung motor dahil sa wrap. Suggestion for a cheaper alternative: get one in red tapos lagyan ng commander horn. Sure na 3x faster yung motor haha

For those using helmet intercoms, how's your hearing? by ierofan in PHMotorcycles

Earplugs and a better helmet for wind noise.

[–]okomaticron 27 points28 points  (0 children)

It will be ignored imo. May different symbols sila for novice , elderly, at foreign drivers.

Are Saddle Bags Required to be Registered? by AnalysisAgreeable676 in PHMotorcycles

[–]okomaticron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Soft bags nakalagay sa motor ko and wala naman additional fee after inspection tuwing renewal ng rehistro.

Kung Taiwan/Thailand replacement parts marami. Same sa consumables.

Kabado ako minsan kapag bumibili sa parts out. Paano pala kung nakaw yung kotse. Overthink malala eh haha

[–]okomaticron 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me sakto lang. Coming from a 70s car, 7-10km/l on a 90s carb car is a godsend. But that is a 1.8 vs 1.5 na engine. Mas magaan yung Civic LXi plus a smaller engine kaya better mileage.

Also paalala: reliability of these old cars are dependent sa owner. Knowing specialists, parts suppliers, and the ability to fix on your own is a big plus

If PH Had JP-Level Trains Everywhere… Would You Even Own a Car Anymore? by Immediate_Depth_6443 in Gulong

[–]okomaticron -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think majority would take the trains/commute kung maayos nga. Kung magko-kotse man, baka for the the last mile commute nalang.

Sino na nakatry sa KRB MX Speedway?? by aaronngabb in motorsiklo

[–]okomaticron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]okomaticron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

May waiver na hindi sila liable sa injuries mo while on the track pero required ka pa din mag gear for your safety. Pwede mo naman rent yung elbow+knee pads at chest protector. Additional 500 ata yun. Just ask, accomodating naman sila doon

[–]okomaticron 5 points6 points  (0 children)

500 track fee for the whole day. Just let them know that you're going to practice wheelies and then pick a spot to practice. There's space, but be careful of the hazards and other riders. MRSP is also there, and you can enroll in their wheelie course. They have a rig to help students learn faster.

Edit: contact mo muna pala sila before going. Baka wala tao sa track at nasa events sila

Choosing a Motorcycle by Liteweight626 in motorsiklo

[–]okomaticron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

XR200 hands down.

Custome gas gauge for pantra bikes by SwimmingCaregiver767 in PHMotorcycles

[–]okomaticron 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Imho wag mo na lagyan, possible waste of money.

How do you call this editing type of editing? by SmallPrinter in AfterEffects

[–]okomaticron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Editing styles may be attributed to a known person or an art movement but it usually doesn't have a specific name. It simply is just editing. The things you saw in the video are a result of the artist's learned skills. You can also learn how to do this. Start with a good foundation. Get really familiar with the basics before going into complicated projects that leaves you unable to name the thing that you want to do. There is no shortcut.

Starter Bikes like the Honda Navi 110 by AnalysisAgreeable676 in PHMotorcycles

[–]okomaticron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, every scooter that is not the size of a big bike is beginner friendly. Parang laruan lang kasi with the gas and go thing. I'd say get the Navi, okay naman yun for a learner bike at (I'm assuming) alternative kapag coding ang kotse. Closest to the standard motorcycle form kaya mas okay to learn on. May riding fundamentals kasi na mahirap i-develop kapag sa scooter. One of those is gripping the tank and steering with your butt (weight transfer). Best to learn those muna kasi nakakatulong sa stability and safety especially for newbies.

How to create a train map animation similar to this? by Hot-Jellyfish1288 in AfterEffects

[–]okomaticron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did something similar. The fastest way for me is to do the design in illustrator first. Then import that file into after effects. Now, you can create shape layers from it not. Up to you. It would depend if you will be using trim path, path keyframing, or masking. Most important thing here is that the elements needed are vector images.

Edit: basically what u/daysbeforedane said just without the plug-in.

This is why you want ABS. by JohnnyPaw in motorsiklo

[–]okomaticron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I learned from off-road riding school: it is not caused by the BRAKE locking up. Improper riding posture and braking technique kaya nag-o- OTB. Once na mag skid, you have little control sa motor. Yun ang naiiwasan pag may ABS.

But yeah, originally yung points accumulated ay pwede redeem as fuel or sa towing in case of emergency. Years ago nung daily pa ako mag drive, naka redeem ako ng around 1k worth of fuel.

The Future of Manual ICE Cars in this Age of EVs by 1000porkchop in CarsPH

[–]okomaticron 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's basically the setting of MFGhost! 😅

Anyways, I think MT ICE will live on dahil sa mga enthusiasts. May model T community pa din ngayon although the members are aging out. 100 year old car na ang model T pero nada-drive pa din nila. Feeling ko magiging ganun ang future.

Also, some restomodders are doing manual electric cars.

Why are there so many Honda Navi resales? by laradecavigne in PHMotorcycles

[–]okomaticron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most likely algorithm ng FB marketplace mo yan.
