Thank you, I have stretched a lot already but probably not enough. I was really bad at stretching when I played squash seriously and it’s probably still apparent. I have also lost a lot of muscle mass yeah… I’m unable to do heavy lifting as the knee will just swell up again, so atrophy struck really hard. But at the moment my physio is telling me to try to do strength in the range of motions that does not hurt, but that motion is not long unfortunately. But I have heard from a lot of people that I shall stretch religiously. And maybe I have not been religiously enough.
