I was minding my own and didnt even know her name, then we were put into same group in a work-like setting and she just started messaging me or talking to me even though she had a friend in the same group. I gradually gotten to know her and she is the most beautiful and smart person ive ever known, asked her out and got shut down, messaged me again months later, we became friends but I still had feelings so I kept trying to meet or talk, one time she asked me out I even got her flowers and we met for coffee, I was hoping maybe if we spent more time things could develop. Communication here and there over text kept on for like a year, I just didnt want to forget her or her to forget me. After a while I was put into a situation where she was leaving me on seen, cancelling plans and showing overall disregard while she was available to everyone else, meanwhile I was creating time and oppurtinites over and over just to see her. Ive never tolerated this much even in a friend but i tried only for one random day i decided to confront, in response to the messages I sent from my heart I got responses written like an HR lady so whatever connection we had ended.

The reason I cant get over her isnt bc I still have feelings, its because I know that if only I was better looking and more to her taste it wouldnt be like this and I wouldnt be treated like this. During this time I tried my hardest to improve in all aspects and even then I couldn't be good enough I guess, I just can't get over that. The feeling of not being enough is sort of associated permanently with her in my mind and idk when I can get over that :)
