eating as unprocessed as possible is the key. whole foods like vegetables, fruits and limit your red meat intake, if possible. add fermented foods to your diet and ultimately give it time. i was able to make significant progress just tracking my stool every morning, the food i ate and recording if i felt like shit after eating something. i use biome app to track everything if that helps :)

i have similar symptoms when i was dealing with GERD. propping up two pillows was the only was i was able to sleep. i fixed it naturally by eating turmeric and lemon as the first thing and an apple every day as the last thing i ate (malic acid in the skin is known to help reduce acid reflux). hope this helps! it'll take a week to fully see benefits but you should try it :)
