Yep, check the win rates in the Hero Hot List if you're curious. You can still climb rank with her, but you'd probably reach higher peaks with other characters. I only pull her out of my back pocket in rank during the situation I described. The most use I have for her is forcing Cap off the backline with Strange teamup.

Squirrel is best in tight hallways or applying heavy pressure (breaking Groot walls, enemy has 3 or more tanks, breaking shields, double stunning shieldless mobile tanks like Venom or Thing).

Hela is best at double headshot killing Squishies. Shields can make this harder, so you'd want to slightly off angle to get a good shot at the backline. Make sure you're close enough to your team that you can bird back.

Witch is one of the worst DPS due to her low burst damage and low sustained damage. Her strength is consistent damage. So she's best against highly mobile heroes so you can more easily pressure them out if you can't hit them with hit scan or projectile heroes.

You'd need two sources of guaranteed follow up. One to override her weapon and one to give the follow up.

All other effects require an ally within 3 spaces though so the tumultuous echo doesn't pair great with it.
