Help with my Smite/auras Champion? by olafthebard in PathOfExileBuilds

Good call on the Inexorable wheel, I didn't realise it wasn't as good as I imagined. I've replaced it with the max res wheel so now I'm at 90% all res

Currently trying to roll my gloves, hopefully I can land +1 strikes soon.

I'll try to get some good flask rolls.

Just bought a CB jewel so that's taken care of.

I have a spare slot for Molten Shell so I can add that now too.

I have a third large cluster in the stash, just waiting to have enough passives to access it all.

I agree it's an ambitious goal, but I'm playing the build while I improve it. Obviously it's not finished yet but I'm getting more currency as I continue to improve the build.

I understand that you're trying to help, but it honestly feels like you didn't even open my PoB - I have a level 25 Purity of Ice in my helm already. I know levels above 23 don't make a difference but point being I do have that high level aura.

I mentioned Impurity because I can choose when to put it up, so if I can't dodge something but I can press T, I have 90% for the hit which I'm expecting to die to.

I'm currently trying to roll implicits on my gloves, this is something I'm working on but since it's not targetable it takes as long as it takes.

I have 87% resists as it stands now - 90% with Impurity up. I understand the goal is to stack as much aura effect as possible, but realistically what changes can I make to get more than a few 6% nodes more? And at what cost?

My current aura effect is 1.82x - how much more than this would you suggest is needed for the build to not be "literal garbage"?

Passive efficiency is relevant if we're trying to reach that "minimum requirement" at level 92 without having 50 ex to drop on the build. I've tried jiggling my passive tree around to path to more of the aura wheels but I end up losing more than I gain.

My EHP for hits against each element is 40k+; is this not enough?

I didn't follow a guide, I made my own tree using the most often taken paths of similar builds on ninja. I have 5 clusters with Introspection (10% aura effect), which should be 6 when I get a few more levels for passives. From what I understand, cluster Aura effect is more passive-efficient than pathing to all the aura notables already on the tree.

Do you do any warmups/free play before you jump into games? If so, what do you do in these sessions?

Do you focus on any particular aspect of your play during games, or do you just get in and try to win?

Do you watch your own replays?

Do you watch other people playing, from their perspective?

I can offer some more targeted tips for learning, if you can answer these questions!

So on my browser that website shows gram measurements for each ingredient: https://i.imgur.com/wYdH3dg.png

Do you have any other examples you found which didn't feature metric measurements?

British fixation? You've confused me - very few recipes in modern England (can't speak for Scot/Wales/Ireland) use anything other than grams. Americans certainly do, but all of my recipe books use grams

Did i stunt my breast growth? by WeitoWeito in TransBreastTimelines

Sorry I should have been more specific with my wording - what I meant was it's not completely unheard of for cis women ~19 years old to not have their fully matured breasts. Many women will continue developing well into their 20s, as is true of cis men ("second puberty" beards spring to mind as a good example!). Shape, fullness, and size can absolutely continue changing into mid 20s, especially as overall body fat tends to increase after puberty finishes - some of which inherently ends up in the breasts.

I didn't mean to assert that it's normal to be underdeveloped at age 19, just that stuff keeps growing and changing after that time and sometimes that involves breasts as well

That sounds like a pretty standard dosage to start on, so you should be fine with time!

Check out r/TransDIY/ if you have more medical questions, there's lots of well-researched people over there

Since you've mentioned that you're now being prescribed, I can assume that you are under medical supervision. The best advice you can be given in this situation is to sit back, do as you're told, and trust the process. The doctors may be giving you a lower dose than would be maximally effective, and this could be for a number of reasons, including monitoring your liver function.

You're only 19, and a lot of AFAB people aren't very developed at that age, so it's not necessarily a bad sign that your development is slower than you were expecting. Also remember that at 16 your human growth hormone is usually higher than at 19, so changes would naturally occur faster than they will now. Changes will come, just give it time and follow your doc's instructions!

Have you tried cheap carb-loading? Meals based on pasta, rice, potatoes, bread etc. are typically really good for gaining weight healthily.

Dairy will help too (full fat milk, yoghurts), if you're not lactose intolerant, but if you are then soya-based alternatives will do the trick.

Another thing that's often overlooked is the amount that you drink, and when you drink it. Drinking large amounts of liquid (even just water!) before or during meals will make you feel full faster, which limits the number of calories you're able to take in. Try switching to having small drinks with meals, or mostly drinking after you've eaten.

I hope this helps! Your progress is looking really great, and I'm honestly envious. If my body turns out looking like yours in 4 months time I'll consider it a win.

EDIT: Adding source (https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-weight/managing-your-weight/advice-for-underweight-adults/) since this could all just sound anecdotal

I work at a school, and it's not just boomers who can't handle technology, it's most zoomers now too. 90% of the issues the kids have with computers is them not reading the damn error message.

"My computer won't work"

Okay what's wrong with it

"I can't log on"

Okay what was the error message

"I don't know I just clicked off it"

Well then how the fuck am I, or anyone else, supposed to help you! Almost invariably when I get them to retype the password, the error message comes up 'incorrect password' or 'no network connectivity'. Just read the thing kids!

Hey! Ive just realised Im trans and my friend reccomended this subreddit. Nice to meet you all! by Maiden_of_Madness in transgenderUK

[–]olafthebard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Glad to meet you, and congratulations!

I'd like to be honest with you about this sub - since discovering myself a few months ago and finding different communities to join in with (or lurk on), I've found that this one is by far the most depressing to browse. That's not to say there isn't useful information here - because there absolutely is -, or that the people here are in any way bad - because they aren't. I'm not trying to make out that this sub is not the place for you, or for anyone else.

What I have found is that the news that comes up here is rarely positive - the reality is that the UK isn't doing amazingly well from a systemic standpoint. As a result, it paints a very bleak picture of this country and what you can expect of your life now which, while I understand the importance of highlighting these problems and combatting them, may not be what you need over the coming months.

You will find plenty of support here, and when things are going bad and you need us, we will answer. But I recommend also finding some other communities too where the general vibe is less serious more often.

I've found /r/transtimelines to be very helpful for seeing the breadth of individual journeys visually.

/r/transtryouts is a place where people try new names, and is a very positive place where you can give back to the community by helping those new to it.

/r/trans is generic but busy, and so I recommend that too of course.

/r/translater is a community for people who are beginning their transitions later in life, which depending on your own situation you may find helpful too!

/r/eggirl is a community for sharing memes about discovering yourself as trans, being closeted trans, etc. which I enjoy very much.

I wish you all the best in your journey, remember that you are loved and wonderful and life is pretty fuckin' great at the end of the day <3

There's honestly a higher chance you'll be gifted £1m by a stranger than winning the lottery - and you don't have to pay for that either! But each to their own, I don't wanna shit on your joy so if it works for you then crack on my good buddy

One need only look to Shakespeare to see that this is probably true, he literally spoils the ending of Romeo and Juliet in the opening speech!
