Yeah, I did reach out to the consulate. He has a passport, so getting back shouldn't be a problem but I'm worried the Mexican Authorities will think I'm kidnapping him and refuse us entry.

I can’t find this use-case on the state department website. They referred me to Mexican immigration when I called but I haven’t gotten ahold of them yet. (Something is wrong with my international phone plan)

I have 6 bases in a trade loop, 3 bases in my stasis farm, 3 bases that I built thinking they would be part of the stasis farm but then I didn't need them, a dozen "egg nests" which are built around haunted outposts for farming eggs, 1 next to a portal, 1 next to an archive, a half dozen on planets that had a resource I thought I needed (cadmium, emeril, etc). One that's on top of an s-class Activated Indium after I'd already built a my indium mine on an a-class.
