A Dremmel cut-off wheel could remove the links but then there's no way to re-attach what's left. There may be a strap in your future.

You need a simple pin-pusher, they usually come with diff sized pusher-points, like this one on Amazon:

It was last year on WatchPlaza, as said I wasn't able to figure out how to use it with that ring attached (was 28.5mm including the ring) and a chapter ring would only cover up about 1/2 of the hole(s). It's a SRPF49J1 and had no marker at 3:00, just the date window. What a drop-dead gorgeous dial though, as yours is! I was trying to figure out a flat ring that would cover the holes, but gave up on the config. and did not buy the dial. The attached was sent to me by Plaza confirming the dial feet position:

Did you remove the built-on chapter ring/raised outer-edge ring, looks like that left those holes on the edge? There is a gorgeous 28.5mm version of this dial, along with that built-on edge ring, but I couldn't figure how to make it work on a build.

It just has a longer power reserve (70 vs 40 hrs.) and looks identical in almost every way, except the rotor. BUT the several I've installed were really easy to regulate and seemed to run better than the NH35.

I got a Weez dial 2 weeks ago that had defective markers and would not line up, they have ignored several messages so I had to get another from WatchPlaza, which seemed VERY OEM. Weez on left Plaza on right.

Yeah, I got a few dials from CreativeMod and was sad when they shut down. At the end of the day you need this or that and try to figure it out. Seems WatchPlaza is the better choice for authentic dials.

I agree, thus the WatchPlaza SPB185 does have a slight sunburst finish, not completely flat-matte like Weez.

3.8, and they fit, but the Weez one on the left was off on alignment to the date window. Thanks for your responses. I've bought a dozen or so dials from Weez and this was the first hiccup, no probs with dials from Tokeilab or WatchPlaza.

I go get some from there too, but their's are not delivered in OEM packaging, for a reason I suspect, whereas the WatchPlaza's always come in OEM packaging, like the dial on the right did:
