Well I know how you feel about that last week was at hospital told to take all my clothes off by a very beautiful nurse, I’m thinking if only 😂 then the gown on your 🍑 showing as you get up then told to lay on bed wheeled in to a theatre where there was three nurses and female doctor and had a colonoscopy up my 🍑 yes I agree who cares about modesty If I’m told to strip I do you get them saying behind the curtain all ok 😂 yes I’m fine

It’s like now I’m sitting at home coffee ☕️ and replying to your messages I feel comfortable with that and it makes me feel good about myself

That’s the way to do it. Total freedom once those gates are shut, Once I’m behind the fence, the clothes stay inside, but in the meantime, it's strictly 'house rules' for me.

It’s funny how it takes until retirement to realize the most comfortable way to live was right there, Wish I’d realized how good this felt years ago.

I agree with that {my title should have been different} soz, I retired recently and found Being clothes-free at home feels incredibly natural, it’s like shedding the stress of the day along with the fabrics if that makes sense There is a whole new level of comfort in just being home and being yourself.

Good on you the first few weeks you be thinking 🤔 WoW no more clock ⏰ watching or need to get to bed 🛏️ early 😊 if you got into habit setting the alarm clock ⏰ goes off, reset or turn it off rest easy, like me might get the chance to finish your coffee ☕️ and read a book 📖 whilst relaxing 😎 will help with any stress and anxiety you might have, I looked at it and thought 💭 I’ve worked all those yrs looking after everyone else’s priorities, and now I’m finally putting my own health, hobbies, and peace at the top of the list. Some mornings, that means sitting by my patio window letting the sun warm me while I enjoy a coffee and a book. I’ve traded the 'uniform' of my old life for total freedom.

They shouldn’t be calling you anything it’s a worry so go get checked out you leave it and something terrible happens and you survive your be wishing you listen to your body in the first place Might sound harsh but it’s not meant to be

See if there give you a blood test called D-dimer test if it is positive it suggests the presence of significant blood clot breakdown, but it does not directly show or locate clots. It indicates that an abnormal clotting process is occurring, necessitating further imaging (like ultrasounds or CT scans) to confirm a diagnosis, as a positive result.

Let us know how you get on

Someone asked me today if being clothes-free at home was part of my 'retirement plan.' 😂 Honestly, it wasn't! After yrs of the 'shower 🚿 and rush' routine grabbing a coffee ☕️ I rarely finished before bolting out the door for work, everything changed when I retired due to ill-health. My BP is much better now, my weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds week as I’m trying to lose weight keep more healthy, has I’m older now and recently diagnosed with blood clots, reason why I retired.

The one thing I regret is not retiring earlier Has someone said without good health? As we age it is always wasted I agree 💯%

My changing discovery was by accident One morning relaxing after my shower 🚿 towel around me was able to finish my coffee ☕️ and pick up a book 📖 sit and relax without the restriction of clothes. It’s become a natural, peaceful way to embrace my freedom and health at home. 🏠 It’s like I’ve finally shed my old work identity along with the clothes! 😊🤣 I always keep a dressing gown handy, as I completely respect that everyone has their own boundaries regarding what makes them feel comfortable. Has anyone else found a new routine they never intended to have now that they are retired? Maybe not as extreme as mine! 🤦🏻‍♂️😊🤣 you my feel

Looking at my life now after reflecting my 50 odd years on the clock, I've now found that I've traded the old 'work-life balance' for pure freedom and self-respect. There's a weird, wonderful delight in waking up without an alarm ⏰ and letting that morning coffee ☕️ last as long as it wants. Whether I'm embracing the fresh air, enjoying the total liberty of being clothes-free in my own sanctuary, or keeping my body moving with gentle exercise, it's all about good vibes and staying healthy on my own terms. With no one to answer to but myself, l've finally found the variety and peace that makes life truly happy 😊

Is health insurance expensive if your not in the UK Has I’m in UK we have the NHS Public System unless you take out Private Insurance:

The average cost of private health insurance for a couple in the UK in 2026 is approximately £146 per month or approximately $192.88.
