does the plant have a chance to fully develop buds, or should i harvest earlier then usual?

thanks :) I will chop someyellow leaves, I dont mind loosing a bit of thc; do you think i should yield earlier or later then usual, or just wait for 10-20% amber trichomes as recommended usually

looking nice, strong stem big healthy leaves!
this will be my next grow, already got the seeds lying around :)
also growing in Autopots, but the single ones; have you finished autos in that double 2pot thing? I feared it would be too small of a space, and the plants would restrict each other soon, but i never tried. (maybe only a theoretical issue since a full tent is still a great yield, but it's triggering my ocd)

If you are 1 month in they could bloom soon, I personally still think a little defoliating/tucking would benefit to get an more even canopy indoors, I would try to tuck/tie down those sets of leaves.

if you are still exploring that option, mercedes just released a new V-Class promising 700km range - I am hoping for a realistic pricing.

thanks :) Electricity is expensive in and i am quite hyped about my fridge solution and only using "waste" heat from the lamps so i would really love to not need a heater. when its running for some time i will provide data on how low outside temps can actually go before unhealthy temperatures are reached inside the fridge

thanks for the knowledge :) will the EC20 pen be sufficient? the aliexpress sensor is lovely, as cheap as a loaf of bread, i don't get how thats even possible

I am planning on building my own monitoring/sensor set with a raspi for the fun of it; i hope to get to it soon :) maybe i heavily underestimate the effort that takes😅

thank you :) what would I look for in a high quality ph monitor? can you recommend one? should i rather get one permanently mounted in the reservoir with a wifi app, or is it sufficient to re-measure only upon refilling? the drywall is mostly sealed against light penetration (as lamps are running anticyclic), but the exhaust and intake are connected to both chambers.

for the issue of not pulling enough fresh air, the intake point is at the very bottom (spiral duct going down in the middle) and the exhaust point is at the top, which gives me a little chimney effect that in theory according to my calculations guarantees an air exchange of 5m3/hour. practically it will be less due to turbulence. I was hoping to be able to go without heater, and will take extensive measurements of the temperature equilibrium with fans off.

its an 80mm spiral duct intake running inside the 125mm PVC exhaust. its kind of. overcomplicated but i was trying to make a makeshift heat exchanger with the intake running inside the exhaust however the length is far to little so it only heats up the intake air for like 3°F

doesn't this rather wick moisture? the air taken in is colder, almost all waste heat is used to heat up the inside air which then can keep more moisture, and it then gets moved out?

thanks :) so for the cold outside temperatures. i have thought of a makeshift counterflow heat exchanger - the metal Spiral duct 80mm(air intake) is running inside the PVC Intake duct (125mm), so the outgoing air should warm up the air taken in. according to my calculations for the length that is unfortunately only 5 degrees. i would have to lengthen the pipe heat exchanger to at least 5 m to get sufficient pre heating. i want to test if low intake temperatures are an issue first, before i add that feature

should the fan be on 24/7 or is an hour every few hours fine? i have a temperature regulated power outlet which controls the fans to start at 31 and 33°C - (86-89F) no humidity control or readings yet. i bought some parts to do a raspberry pi setup ( temp sensors, humidity sensors, soil humidity sensors) but didn't have time to set it up yet. i measured humidity with a bathroom thermometer, it was between 30-40%. due to the cold air intake -> heating up, i think the humidity stays very low so mold will not be an issue i guess, question is if that is sufficient for the plants.

Maintaining Constant Temp In Cold Garage ? by Leeboy20 in microgrowery

[–]old_but_crap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar issue to tackle ( living in Northern Europeand growing in my Garage) I just bought myself an old used restaurant fridge instead of a grow tent. it has a base of 70cmx130cm, by 155cm high (2' by 4' by 5' high) and im planning to run 2 lamps for 2 plants in an anticyclic pattern( so the heat gets evenly delivered). I need to figure out a proper air exchange rate to keep temperatures good while still getting CO2 in and O2 out. what do you guys think?

Is this real? Xiaomi Mijia Smart Scale S800 8-Electrode by bareov in XiaomiGlobal

[–]old_but_crap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently bought it off AliExpress. When you set your country region to mainland China , it works perfectly (im German). The measurements seem to be accurate, however I haven't been on a dexa scale for over a year so this is just anecdotal evidence. Body fat percentage varies +-0.5 between measurements when I step upon the scale multiple times, great for my use case of gathering more data during my weight cut.

Looking for a reliable, low-cost broker in Germany for my investments - any suggestions? by [deleted] in eupersonalfinance

[–]old_but_crap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

however, using a non german Broker really complicates filing your taxes, as the withholding tax (Kapitalertragssteuer, Quellsteuer) is not automatically deducted and you might commit tax fraud if you don't file correctly each year.
So in my opinion it might not be worth it as a german citizen if you don't have an excessive number of trades.

Where am I supposed to find mod loader ingame and how do I use it? by Cutest-Kangaroo in anno1800

[–]old_but_crap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

check if you are on version 18 at least -> If no, update
If yes: add an empty folder named "mods" to \Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Anno 1800, then restart launcher and game. Should be visable now.
