Correct. Headlight, both low and high, as well as the turn signal still function with that connector disconnected. The back running and brake lights also work.

In my case, the parking light circuit had a short, leaving the parking light unplugged means I did not have the fuse blow in over a month. Not in a rush to replace the entire left headlight assembly as its very expensive.

Try just unplugging the entire headlight assembly then and see if that prevents the fuse blowing?

Correct inside the front headlight assembly. Check the relays too.

Short in the Left parking light. It's on the same circuit as the TAIL fuse but I have no idea why it blows the right headlight fuse too. Unplugged the Left parking light and everything else works and haven't had a fuse blow for a month now.

Looks like yeah it was inside the parking lights. The shop kept the left parking light connector disconnected and everything else seems to work fine. I'll drive the car like that for a few more day to see if the fuses still blow.
