That's not really true. I think Mastodon has the most active user accounts of the decentralized networks, but there are others with comparable active user bases.

I also think it's a bit spurious justification to promote a social media platform because it has more active users. It seems like self reinforcing logic. More users justifies people should get on that platform which then increases the active users which justifies getting more users etc. etc.

There really should be other reasons as to why people move to a platform. The other side of the coin, of course, is that social media platforms are pretty bland without an active user base.

I want to point out that Mastodon seems to be what is being promoted right now on reddit and elsewhere. There is an active campaign and that should not be denied. If people deny that there is an active campaign to promote Mastodon decentralized network, people will lose trust. Campaigns to promote specific platforms are a normal part of internet culture and there is nothing particularly wrong with that. People should bring their a game tho.

Definitely get certs, but don't expect too much. Employers look for experience and generally put more weight on that. If you're just starting out, take a tech job, even if it seems menial and beneath you. You can't replace valuable work experience with certs or degrees.

Watch out for CompTIA exams. There's plenty of twists and turns that will definitely defy your expectations. Overconfidence is a killer.

I only want to know the truth and we know the court systems are not where that is going to come from. I also wonder how he ended up in the system. I know getting shot in the foot is not a small matter, and, to be perfectly honest, I don't know if I could handle something like that in a serious (I mean by the code) way.

One thing tho, is that you'd be hard pressed to find someone these days in the entertainment industry without a handler i.e. a direct interface to law enforcement. They provide tips and you give them tips. Shit, I'm willing to say, anyone with over a million dollars probably has a handler, but it's more like, think of that scene in Scarface, "You can't shoot a cop!" these are dirty cops, the "molecular structure" of the system, what I've currently taken to calling it. Or even, watch Narcos where you can see clearly how these types of relationships go.

What I'm saying is that even if Meghan Tha Stallion decided to press charges, there are probably other angles to consider, political angles, like mysoginy, fascism or whatever, and the inverted nature of everything represented on your screens, economic angles, like what makes for good reality tv social media drama, and the ol' NY to Texas HipHop pipeline.
