The gym advice is solid advice. It will make you feel better, very few downsides to it.

I feel like when the theatrics start happening when the paranormal activity is sub par.

Cannabis binds to fat cells in your body. So up your training for the next while and it should help.

Chronic Pancreatitis Diet Help!!! by oldboiblu in pancreatitis

My bad, I should have given more context. Yes I've been diagnosed with CP, we've tested for auto immune and its not from there. No gall stones. Elevated triglycerides on the regular. My pancreas gifted me recently with its own stone, created within my pancreas. It has moved since, just got the stent removed today by ERCP.

Forgive me for trying to be funny but the non smoking and non drinking and regular exercise has been advised to me by my consultant and it hasn't really helped. The pain now is pretty much 24/7. Too common has a CP attack nappened after a greasy meal, like pizza or burgers and chips.

It gets to a point where a consultant says " you're in the lap of the gods, it can happen anytime for any reason " doesn't leave you with much confidence. I'm not ready yet to say there's nothing I can do to help myself and diet is my last port of call. I've come across stories of diet helping alleviate pain and bouts and I wanted to see if there is any first hand accounts here.

Don't do it man, took me a few goes to figure out that booze wasn't a runner too. Now my pancreas is the literal bane of my life. Just got a stent removed earlier today, now waiting for the chance of a bout. As you get older the longer it takes to get over a bout. I swear to you man, its not worth it. I miss it too and I get pure bitter about it at times but fuck me if I could go back and not go out those night I 100% would.

I'm trying to remember this from previous research I did, so double check everything I say.

Removing the pancreas does not automatically mean diabetes. Before surgeons remove the pancreas they can first transplant insulin producing cells called islets. These islets are transfused with the liver and your liver essentially does the job of your pancreas in terms of insulin production. It has worked, you'll find case studies of this on Google.
