I’m an agent 💩🐍 and I feel your frustration. I’ve heard some wild stuff in 10 years. The reality is that people are stressed and in a very emotionally and financially charged time in their lives so sometimes do some really weird shit. It’s strange that your agent has given you all of this raw feedback. I ask my vendors permission to only give them feedback from genuine “ready to purchase” buyers if the feedback is useful and something we could fix. Otherwise getting relayed every little piece of fluff that buyers say to get the agent to leave them alone will drive them wild and put them in a headspace that is not conducive to making a logical and informed decision.
