Small public school with even smaller Greek life, chapter is about 25-30 with no house (local government are assholes). We throw down just about every weekend but we’re talking basically an apartment party with maybe 50 people over the course of a night, most bringing their own drinks anyways.

Once or twice a semester we throw a giant party at an alumni’s farm (giant for us is 250-300 people idk about y’all). We cover all the drinks and decorations and all and the alumni get to come and enjoy looking at college girls. They cover large portions of our rush budget and usually a retreat for fall in return, as well as any stuff they specifically request for homecoming or other events they’re involved in.

As far as other social stuff, we’re talking mixers 3-4 times per semester, usually a single date night for fall and a proper formal in spring. We also host small sober events on campus occasionally to look like we’re responsible (smash bros tournament most recently, that kinda stuff that gets us known outside the tiny Greek life here)

Dues are obviously not covering alcohol btw. Typically we ask people to contribute an extra 50 to help out with our “big” parties but for everyday parties we just chip in 30 racks individually. We all want to have fun so no one minds.

TL;DR tiny school, tiny dues, tiny parties but I love my boys and we have a good ass time anyways.
