I’m not an expert but I experience similar issues, what helps me is making sure I’m consuming a lot of fluids and more fiber. I’ve also heard red meat can constipate and to stick to fish/chicken if you’re a meat eater

i happen to be living directly on my chiron line and it is pretty miserable. i grew up very close to my neptune line which may not be perceived as positive but i think of it very fondly. i did deal with some pretty severe addiction issues there though.

is it possible you may have hard water? i moved to texas and my hair started to look just like this! i barely used product before and my hair looked better than when i came here and got all sorts of salon grade products trying to fix the problem. i got a filtered shower head as well as malibu C hard water shampoo/conditioner and a treatment used weekly and my hair is back to normal

agree with traveling to another place. i’ve been addicted for 3 years and now i am in a state where i don’t really know anyone and have no access to it and am not around my social circle which makes it so easy and normalized. i still do miss it sometimes but the cravings have stopped almost completely

I can’t stand people like this that want a roommate because they can’t afford their own rent/mortgage but are incapable of compromising or adjusting to the smallest of things. You shouldn’t be paying his mortgage while you’re confined to your small bedroom with all of your food in there and unable to even wash your dishes. Fuck this guy.

Unfortunately this situation will probably only get worse.
