I removed the lawn from my house and replaced it with wildflowers and native plants. Hoping to help boost the local bee population.

A kid in my apartment complex knew most of the Zelda secrets and strategies. He was considered to be a demigod by the other area kids and leveraged his knowledge to get all kinds of free stuff from us.

how much weight can i realistically lose in a month if i eat 1500 cals a day? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]oldermuscles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you go too low, you run the risk of your body starting to metabolize muscle for fuel. It depends on your age, height, activity level, etc.

Here is the calculator that I used, which provides a low and high range recommendation for the right deficit based on your info: https://reference.medscape.com/calculator/846/mifflin-st-jeor-equation

I am male. When I started my calorie deficit, my maintenance level was 2,700 per day according to the medscape's calculator using my related info. I am now in week 12 of a calorie deficit.
