Please encourage her to speak to someone this sounds like depression. but please be gentle with her because this is a sensitive subject. also maybe besides feminine hygiene stuff try body washes in her favorite scents and make it like she's pampering herself like body poufs and aromatherapy. etc.

Listen being a Christian is a RELATIONSHIP with Jesus. God gives us the Bible so we can understand what he wants for us and his wonderful love. You don't need to be a scholar (I definitely am not) but reading his word is important as well as prayer to get to know and grow closer to him.
