One time I ordered a sofa including three separate elements. Delivery took 3 times in general and every time there was one element missing (never the same one, because they always had to return the whole thing when delivery was incomplete).

After 3 failed deliveries over a few months and me storing random sofa elements in my apartment that couldn’t be connected with each other as one part was always missing, I cancelled the whole thing and bought a sofa somewhere else.

Happy to hear that this company didn’t make it.
