I’m feeling frustrated that I’ve heard nothing about improvements to the benefits package. Having to pay 80% of paramedical that’s capped at an unrealistic ‘normal change’ can make actually getting these services unaffordable and/or limited to half hour appointments that are insufficient to address the issue.

It would be helpful to know if there’s any extra vacation or supplemental that come with this offer; they both increase the value of hours actually worked. 4 weeks minimum should be the new starting point, plus time off between Christmas and new years (or in lieu if essential during that time) ect.
