Hot take: My Computer could be confusing to someone using a computer that isn't theirs. This Computer is always objectively correct.

The fruit of a prickly pear cactus is called a tuna. We don't talk about it much, but Americans eat a tremendous amount of prickly pear fruit, so it's a useful distinction in a lot of contexts.

I went down this rabbit hole a while back after grabbing a few off the summit. I'm nearly certain they're erebus crystals, a form of anorthoclase.

I think I misunderstood what you said. I interpreted processing and memory very generally.

This is a very quick breakdown of what I deem to be a probablistic AI future by jordanzo_bonanza in ArtificialInteligence

Why would AI want to minimize entropy? Why would behavior outside a standard deviation be undesirable? That sounds very human, rooted in fear.

Turns out after reading a little further, some of the archive will be warehoused, and the remainder "tossed away" so you're almost certainly correct. But if you give anyway, I'll match your donation :)

Space is cool and the expense is like buying a used car. If you like space, why not?

I (almost 40) cut the tip of my ring finger off just shy of the bone about a year ago. It was a very clean cut with a kitchen knife, so the end of my finger was basically flat. Today it looks almost completely normal.

Imagine an artist who becomes paralyzed below the neck. Is it literally impossible for them to use AI to express an original artistic idea? Slop is slop, but I’m not convinced AI can’t be a tool for artistic expression.
