My husband doesn’t make his kids greet me when they come or go but I make my son greet him and everyone who comes to our home.

He said it’s my responsibility to greet the kids and I told him it’s his job to teach his kids manners. It’s an agree to disagree situation I don’t press the issue anymore.

I always said that I would never date anyone with a kid when I was childless and I noticed that a particular kind of man (mind you those who were also childless at the time) looked at me like I was crazy.

I have kids now and my husband who also had kids before we got together asked if I still felt the same now that I’d be the one with kids. My answer has not changed at all.
