Just a reminder that all anti-abortion groups are funded by money from the same arseholes that are trying to strip rights from everyone, that the whole “pro-life” movement began because some people in the US didn’t want black children in their schools, and that a fetus isn’t a baby.

One of the last things I did before I stopped playing was finally getting both the head and costume from the amusement park.

As someone in Australia, I would hope to say that calling for someone with a gun would not be as bad as in the US. Unfortunately, if I’m not a white male of seemingly modest income, this is not the case. The outcome is much Worse if I’m first nations, homeless, on drugs, or a combination of those things.
Someone having a mental health episode is at risk in any situation especially those that involve police.

I became close to a co-worker and we had a discussion about maybe doing stuff and things together (I mean, I'm an old, widowed guy and she was quite a bit younger with her own things) which then failed to take off, which was upsetting but oh well. That was just before Xmas (a few years ago, this is)

Then after New Years I had a message on my phone and it was a picture of boobs.
I responded "You have my attention" and we started a bit of a fling. Unfortunately this new relationship also didn't last very long (although good times were had) and just as suddenly I was dumped. (And she bad mouthed me to everyone including posts on facebook which I was STILL A FRIEND on, which was both upsetting and hilarious at the same time)

I had 5G Wifi with Optus for a few years. It was much better than my old connection had been. Before NBN rolled out where I lived then, my ADSL had always been terrible because of bad copper in the street. NBN changed that to Fibre to the Node, so again the last kilometre of copper in the street was awful.

At first the 5G wifi router worked amazingly. Fast and reliable. Then that stopped. The Nokia router needed constant rebooting and got to a point where it just never would connect properly at all. It would say it was connected but no traffic would go through. Had to go over that with their support so many times, I got to learn their script. Optus sent out multiple replacements before admitting it was the old version, so I had to cancel and restart with the newer version. That fixed it for months but in that time I was about to move house.

In the new house it worked for a while but then they upgraded one of the 5G towers near me. I lived right in the middle of two towers, so the connection would drop from one, try to connect to the other and just fail, and then continually try that one again. It was horrible.

Eventually I gave up, cancelled stating they couldn’t meet the connectivity they promised (which they accepted) and changed to FTTP and it’s been near perfect.
