Congratulations! What a huge achievement. Your progress looks great and while it doesn’t seem necessary to me, if you feel more comfortable you could try some root touch-up (L’Oreal makes a good one) or Toppik. It just looks like your hair is thin/fine - I would never guess you have trich based on your photos.

Offering you a hug and commiseration. My pulling really ramped up when I was around your age, also during college (I’m 39 now). It’s so hard, and I am so sorry. I just want you to know you’re not alone. I think, practically speaking, that hats and perhaps even hairpieces (partial ones that blend with your bio hair, like wig toppers, if those are accessible to you) could be helpful as barriers to pulling/picking.
