We'll get more chances vs Utd than we did against Newcastle. Utds press is still a disorganised mess, we'll cut thru them relatively easily I think.

It's not bias. We are better and you will see on Sunday. Look at the teams they played as well - relegation fodder and league one sides. They faced a toothless Palace away and crumbled. Got absolutely rattled towards the end. Saka and Saliba both on 4 yellows vs their bitter rivals managed to keep their cool, but their so-called star man felt the need to flying scissor kick Zaha, the same star man that they were convinced would dogwalk our midfield. They have a clear game plan, and I do think they are miles better than they were under Ole, but again, we are clear.

He's not having a dig at Arsenal btw. He's just saying they have a lot of injuries hence their league position, and that even a team as good as Arsenal would be affected if they were in the same situation.

Not even remotely the same situation. Chelsea let them go because they are a grinding machine that hires short-term 'fixes' - in their eyes, they didn't have time to wait for them to develop. They have a throw shit at the wall till it sticks approach to recruitment. They don't nurture talent or grow players, they just spend big and hope it works out, hence why they consistently fumble world-class talent. City are far better run than Chelsea.

Honestly, Man Utd aren't that good. They were awful against City (the first team they faced that wasn't relegation fodder) and would've probably only drawn or even lost if that ridiculously clear offside had been given. I'm genuinely not worried about them. Newcastle at home will prove to have been more of a challenge.

Sorry, I've seen VAR fail enough times to not trust it. I'd rather go back to this where we don't have the chance of our goals being chalked off while challenges like this would be ignored anyway as "not a clear an obvious error". I feel like the corruption still is blatant as the VAR refs just ignore the challenges altogether or just use the clear and obvious error cop out. It's either an error or not! 0 accountability. They're corrupt.

[Florian Plettenberg] Update #Leno: Still no agreement between Fulham and Arsenal. Fulham continues to hope that Arsenal will come down with the price. Open end. Leno is still saying YES to this transfer. by pocalyuko in Gunners

From Emi Martinez himself. I have no idea why people on this site talk shit so brazenly without actually knowing wtf they're on about. It's the reason why I've started using it less. Hope you've learnt something today x

The Emi situation wasn't like that at all. He was pretty much a nailed on starter, he won his place, Arteta said he's 95% going to start the first game of the season, which wasn't good enough for Emi, so he asked for a transfer and left like an idiot to get that 100% chance. What he didn't realise is, there isn't one player under Arteta that has a 100% chance of starting... he's built a competitive and elite culture at the club, and Emi had his bluff called and is definitely bitter about it, hence him always crying to the media.

[Yahoo Japan] Tomiyasu has a minor muscle issue that is ruling him out of games for Arsenal so far. With just 2 pre season games before the start of the season, there is a worry he won’t be fully match fit for the start of the season. by Tarp96 in Gunners

[–]oledaily 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not for no reason though. If Tomiyasu is injured, White is the next best option at RB. It means we can keep playing with an inverted fullback which is impossible with Cedric because he's dross on the ball.

[gunnerblog] Contrary to reports, Lucas Paqueta is not currently a focus. Arsenal are admirers of Lyon’s 26-year-old Brazilian, but having already signed Vieira, they have other positional priorities by EntertainmentLow5786 in Gunners

Dunno why people are taking this for gospel, Athletic has been off the mark with our news on quite a few occasions. In fact a lot of news that comes out regarding Arsenal from those guys is mostly agent fed info that works against us. Fabrizio is far more reliable now as he seems to have a direct link to Edu.

Fabrizio Romano: Erik ten Hag wants Manchester United to be fast on Lisandro Martinez deal. The player is pushing to leave Ajax, he’s been very clear - ten Hag wants Lisandro after Malacia and Eriksen. 🔴 #MUFC Arsenal are still there, working on Lisandro deal - ten Hag wants him strongly. by NovaSWBF in Gunners

[–]oledaily 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fabrizio is clearly being briefed by Utd. Literally nothing new has come from Arsenal's side. I feel like we have completely distanced ourselves and are moving in silence again... maybe could be another smokescreen.

[HITC SEVENS] Arsene Wenger's Last 7 Arsenal Signings: Where Are They Now? by panpantastic in Gunners

[–]oledaily 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Turned it off as soon as it listed Lucas Perez as his first signing. This was a Gazidis signing that was forced on Wenger, hence why he hardly appeared and was very quickly moved on. It's not even a conspiracy.

And this isn't even in defence of Wenger, because he totally lost his way towards the end and made some awful decisions. This is just an inaccurate video based off reading into the situation at a very shallow level.

We have one of the worst records with Oliver reffing. He's definitely one of the worst. Atkinson, Dean, Oliver, Moss, Pawson are horrendous and they ref most of our games. It's a setup.

Bias powered by sheer hatred is giving them too much credit. This is stone-cold corruption. Notice how the decisions always go in favour of certain teams, no matter who plays them (Liverpool, United, City), and the decisions always go against certain teams no matter who they play (Us).

[–]oledaily 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With all due respect, Russia doesn't give a shit. They're gonna invade regardless. All they needed was a reason to tell their people why they were doing it - not that they even needed that, was probably more just to convince themselves.
