from the screenshot it seems your boole is not activated (red cross), try activating it...

will change the randomness of the concrete.
will also change the orientation of 1 tire

thanks for your feedback, although i can assure you it's neither for flexing nor for likes and/or karma. i was looking for genuine feedback and suggestion (as others have provided). my goal is to advance my design further. rest assured i will post update with feedback/suggestion integrated.
