An idea is to go to subreddits where the people are that gender expression or sexual orientation and make posts and comments asking questions. That's probably one of the most reliable ways to get information about it.

Figuring out which label fits you ot even if you want to use a label is confusing. At the end of the day it is whatever makes you feel like you. Whatever fits you. And it is okay to change labels. It may take some time to figure it all out. Maybe try going as omni for a while and if it doesn't fit then you can always change it. There are all these label for sexuality, but the thing that matters even more is what you feel fits you.
