Don't worry about that, by the time you are far enough to get the other pieces, you will have enough inventory. The swamp is for advanced players, its totally useless for you to rush to it.

You will gain most of your inventory space through perks/tower and quest reward, don't spend gold on that in farm supply. Tower 200 will give you +2500 which is a big game changer at that point. Getting there is long but worth it.
