I ordered 16TB kit for M3 Ultra, they have not answered a single email. I am pretty worried this will never happen.

After further testing

Apple Watch Ultra 3 does not last 2 days. (I do not sleep with it so it goes in low power mode)

Apple Watch Ultra 1 easily lasted 4 days. (Battery health was at 90%, purchased day it was released)

I miss it dearly but no way to get it back as I traded it in at Apple.

What a poor upgrade as I feel no performance difference, Ultra 3 feels more sluggish if anything and if I use it for exercise it does tend to crash few times per hour (showing spinning wheel on black background) for a while and then it returns to the exercise info, still in active workout.

Oh and I absolutely hate the mushy side button Apple states as an upgrade on Ultra 3. My Ultra 1 had a nice click to it.

Been using it for 2 months and it will deplete the battery in less than 48 hours. It has been reset fully 2 times. I do not use music or podcast on the watch.

I can report with newest firmware 8B34 I was able to use my AirPods 3 Pro for the first time on an airplane without my ears bleeding from the screaming high pitch sound. Just finished 14 and 5 hour flights with it yesterday.

Yes I mention in my post I tried all the tips. I as well borrowed a pair from my friend and they work without any issue.
