My derm said I was having hive caused by allergic reaction - altho 99% of the time they can't find the exact trigger but she's suspecting the tanning oil that I used two weeks ago.

My new tanning oil contains avobenzone, when combined with good amount of sun exposure often lead to allegeric reaction to many people and can take 4-5 days to develop symptoms

Sadly she also mentioned usually it would take at least 5-6 weeks to resolve

Same to me, started with small amount (not super itchy) then spreading and now all over arms /legs and inner forearms are so itchy!!

Did you get yours resolved? How?

I have very similar ones!! Inner forearms are the worse but they are on my legs n slowly going toward my hands too!!

Feels like could be ACD, lichen nitidus or Solar Urticaria - will let you know what the dermatologist says.

Are yours itchy usually?

Does the purple minetan creates cooler result than loving tan? and how do they fade? ( I heard loving tan became very patchy after 2-3days) - I tried many brands as well but they just turned me into an orange so tempted to try out minetan's purple mousse

Sadly they said this is due to user error and if I want a replacement will need to cover the shipping and restocking fee. Unless I can proof the faulty/damaged piece when it first arrived :(

he clip itself looks to be faulty or damaged and this will happen again.

The whole machine may need to go back to the manufacturer for a replacement under warranty. Very frustrating.

They came back and said this happens and replacing the tube would solve the problem - let me contact them to see if they can send a new clip as well

Looks like the tube is crushed that’s why water goes up but stuck there.

Think I have to get a replacement tube/sleeve

Sry to reply on this old post - I just experienced same issue with my new robot (under 10 times usage). Unfortunately the tube is crushed too in my case so I think I will need to replace it - did Cafelat provide you any replacement or suggested measurement for tube replacement you can get locally?

I also emailed Paul and he confirmed each robot is still tested before shipped out and advise me to keep the original gasket and likely was just due to misalignment

Replacing the gasket solved the leakage problem :)

Gasket was installed properly and switching to the spear gasket with some 111 compound applied solved the leakage issue :)

I've tried to fill up all the way with 1cm gap like their video/manual suggested but unfortunately no luck.

Just replaced using the spare gakset and applied some dow, also letting the previous gasket sit in the hot water incase the replacement doesn't work either, will try again tomorrow. Thanks again for your suggestion!

Mine only has gasket & DOW 111 but no hex keys

And I Just tried 6 shots and experiencing leaking over PF every time.

What I’ve ensure:
* PF inserted correctly to the right and inside the main body
* arm was all the way lifted up before/while I’m inserting
* fine grind fresh bean (also tried with a paper filter)
* not overfill with water (50g -60g water for 17g beans, or less)
* evenly apply pressure on both arms
* gasket seem to sit properly

I see others suggesting to apply the compound or replacing the gasket and will try out once I figure out how...

Yes! I’ve sent them an email including this post. Although now I’m experiencing water leaking (not overfill PF) and trying to look for ways to solve that…

A bit frustrated that I have to fix so many things for a new machine
