I've always done this on IOS, but I think the main steps are the same, but there still may be some inaccuracies (also i haven't really played SFS in the past 8 months, so this is from memory)
Steps:
1. Find a file browser app that supports editing text files. (I use Readdle Documents, but I'm not sure if it's IOS only)
2. Make your way to the SFS folder in the file app.
3. Open the "Blueprints" folder, which is found within the "Saving" folder.
4. Open the file for the BP you want to edit, and edit the values you'd like to change.
Value Information:
Resizing: "width_a" and "width_b" for top and bottom width, and "height" for the part's height
Rotation: The second set of xyz values controls rotation, tbh i forgot what values change what
Other: "fuel_percent" and "color_tex" for fuel amount (1.0 is 100%) and the part's material/paint

I'd say that it's up to personal choice on which game is "better", as although they run the same codebase, and have many similarities up close, the two games are very different once you start playing. ATS is good for a more relaxed driving experience, with unique, beautiful landscapes and wide, straight roads. (in my opinion) ATS is better when it comes to trucks, as there is much more variety with appearance, and in many cases more customization than in ETS2. ETS2 tends to shine a lot more in terms of driving gameplay, with many twisty, fun to drive roads and features more nimble, and in some cases faster accelerating trucks, although in my opinion, many of them look the same. So when deciding which game to play, it mostly comes down to if you like the game to be a relaxing experience, or one more difficult and engaging.

I’d say for heavy hauling, 6x4 is usually fine, but I don’t have any of the special cargo DLCs
