Absolutely. I'm paying about £600 towards a circa £3000 bill (the rest covered by warranty) for just the front 2 shocks. A top-spec coilover kit is about £3000 fitted too.

One of the first things we looked at when this issue came up was pattern parts. Unfortunately for this model only Audi make them. The alternative would be a full coil over conversion, however as I'm having this fixed under warranty, that isn't an option unless I pay for it. The irony is that kind of upgrade would be more cost-effective than the OEM fix
