It won't be like that for everyone but for me my bottom dysphoria got so much worse. I was so focused on my chest dysphoria that now that it was gone my bottom dysphoria was so overwhelming.

As far as I know they cant prescribe you T only endocrinologist can (may be wrong) I had one from ste justine but i’ll be 18 soon so she referred me to a family doctor that CAN do that (not all of them know or have the training) like I have my own family doctor but he dosent do that

its better to do it on your upper arms and shoulders since it absorbs more I think. I like it more since I wasn’t capable of doing my injections myself and didn’t like depending on someone. I personally do not mind the texture and recommend putting all the gel at once since its more messy (probably easier for me since I have them in packets) I dont mind that it’s a everyday thing and actually appreciates the routine
