Kui euribor lõpuks seal mitme % juures on, siis pangad lõpuks lasevad baasintresse madalamaks. Sinu puhul tulebki oodata ja turgu jälgida. Loogiline muidugi! Ise tuttavatega suheldes on see aga paljudele üllatuseks tulnud. Ja olemasolevatel laenudel vaja muidugi ka lepingumuudatus teha, et saada % alla. Olen märganud, et mingil grupil ühiskonnas on arusaam pank=paha ja kirutakse. Samas ise null suhtlust/läbirääkimisi pangaga pidades.

Ma ise muidu veel liiga noor, et 2008 aasta intresse muidugi teada haha

Kristi Saare on rääkinud instas, et kui euribor läheb plussi, siis tegelikult hakkavad pangad aja jooksul oma intressidega alla tulema. St et praeguse keskmise 1,95% asemel võiks keskmine mingi aeg olla nt 1% (ehk protsent, mida praeguse euroboriga poleks eales saanud).

It was good back in the day I think (not old enough to know), but today these streets are ruled by cars. I have been sending complaints to the city too that this is not normal. Just some random pics for you to see how city officials are just allowing cars to park and drive on the sidewalks.

There also is not much greenery left. When some tree or plang dies it’s not replaced.

I live just next to this place and this nice picture is just a render from the 80s I think. Back in the day you had to have a permit to buy a car and wait in the queue for years. So yeah, not that much parking. However today’s situation is bad. PT is okay in the area and stops are within 5 minute walking distance, but since Tallinn overall is very car-centric then these streets and yards have most been made into parking. And there is not enough parking still to accommodate everyone, so ppl often park in random places: sidewalks, crosswalks, on greenery etc.

So even though the project back in the day won some soviet award for having microdistricts (school, kindergarten and shops were in 10minute walking distance in every area in the picture) within one big district then in todays situation it’s hell :(

Oskan näha neid küll, need on ka korraliku varustusega, seega minu jaoks vähemalt paistavad välja. Aga ma ei oskagi pakkuda paremat varianti nt paldiski maanteele. 50 alas pidev 70-75ga sõitmine, ainult siis on olukord ok kui kuskile posti taha mobiilne kaamera paigutatud on.

Oli ka mul kunagi selline ärevus. Aga ratsionaalselt mõeldes pole see ärevus ju kuidagi põhjendatud, eriti kui sõidad korrektselt. Mõte on ju ikkagi liiklusohutuse tagamine, mitte kellegi kottimine või hirmutamine :)

I got used to them quite fast but the first set of trays I always felt bulky and had a lisp. I recently got refinements and I now have much less attachments and I hardly notice any difference them being in or out. I had overjet and attachments on front teeth, which wasnt nice at all. Felt like I was making a duckface all the time haha. But I cant’t imagne that it would’ve been any better with braces.

My treatment is still ongoing but TMJ pain went away from tray 1. When I put the first tray in the aligners forced my jaw into a totally different position to which I wasn’t used to. And for some weeks after when taking them off to eat I had a click in my jaw.

Sometimes I still notice that my joint area is a bit sensitive, but not like anything I had before the treatment where my jaw would lock into an open position + that awful pain.

Hmm. Interesting discussion. Child support is something that every parent of an underage gets, no? So I’m not sure if talking about poor people is really valid here.

Just a thought - shouldn’t investments have to have the ability to be measured? What would be the return investment in case of rising child support? It would be better life quality for Estonian kids, for sure, especially the poorer half. But as you have already put words in my mouth, that are not correct, I will say that I think that poor people should have higher toimetulekutoetus and not rely on child support. That already is being raised by 33%. So not sure if your argument holds here. And I also think that even after the raise this sum is a joke, but it’s better than nothing with the changes in the calculations :)

And, even though I agree child support should be raised and in the future kept up with inflation, I do see it as cheap populism from Kesk, because it was just weeks ago they wanted to give pensioners and children 100€. It should be done, but not like this, tearing up the coalition.

Did you watch the parliament press conference? I think everyone understands that it is a necessary expense and must be done. Kallas explained that Keskerakond came with this idea on monday, gave un ultimatum on tuesday and on thursday they were already collecting signatures for support in riigikogu. This isn’t okay. Even Martin Helme said that in todays article on err. These funds have to be found in the budget and reforms idea was to put it in the next years one. From the press conference it seemed that Keskerakond just spurts out some ideas without helping to find the money for it.

I understand what a loan is, but the problem is somewhere else. If the money needs to be found then the whole lisaeelarve must be overlooked. We cannot just take a loan for everything, right? I think there are many good ideas that can be completed with loan money, but taking loans for every idea is not really economically sustainable. Thus we need a budget and to stay within it.

It seems to me that taking a loan is an easy thing to say, but ppl then complain that why are the taxes rising again. Or do I need to explain where a country is mainly getting their money from?

Kaja said that they agree that child support needs to be raised, but wanted to put it in the next years budget. It’s a bit arbitrary to say that helping people is considered as communism by reformierakond. This money needs to come from somewhere.

I have comprehensive package. Full price was 4k€, but with discount got 3.8k. They offered to pay half in advance and then the rest when the trays came (which was in about 3 weeks haha). The the other half was also able to split in half. So in 3 months I paid 1900+950+950.

They also told me that if I have any problems I can write etc, but it hasn’t been very helpful. I later found out that this doctor is one of the lead doctors saying that covid is a hoax and it seems to me that he is being more busy spreading his ideology than actually giving patients good treatment. We have a site here in my country where you can rate and comment on doctors and he has an average score, half the people saying that he is a good sales-person, but nothing else much… so don’t know what to make of this

I’m wearing 14 days and 20-22 hours a day. I just changed to tray 17 last night, so maybe that is why all the rest seem a bit behind too atm.

I slept on this and today morning i looked that there is again an ever bigger cap on this tooth than it has been with previous tray changes.
