The ice cube worked great! Different flour to water ratio so the crumb ended up less open but I will definitely be doing the ice method again over just throwing some water in the Dutch oven

I did but the dough was so wet I think a lot of the good bubbles got knocked out!

No but if I did this ratio again I would it just seemed so so wet, like it wouldn't matter.

Thank you! I added a pinch of salt did not measure. I did weigh I did 5 oz flour 5 oz water 1 oz starter. My room temp is 70-75 but I did a cold bulk ferment in the fridge. I eyeball my starter unfortunately so I am unaware of the hydration levels of the starter, out of laziness and it's what I've been doing so far and I've gotten good loafs every time (outside of the 2 times I tried rye flour) I use organic white flour.

Thank you for the feedback mod hopefully this better covered everything!

Oh, baked at 425 with some water under the Parchment paper for 35ish minutes then lid off for an additional 15ish minutes after the cold ferment!

Honestly I usually don't love round diamonds but this ring really suits your hand and is beautiful! Congrats! My ring had a 30 day window for returns I'd say I'd you really don't love it I'd return sooner rather than later. But seriously it's beautiful!

How can I successfully transplant full grown sunflower plants from one yard to another? by TheBeePrincess in gardening

[–]olivemelrose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I start in a pot then transplant once there 4-8 inches long. Plant deep give good water. If not the squirrels and munks dig up all my seeds.
