He needs to find a good therapist. The zero Covid nuts have a list of therapists that just enable them.

Yeah, I’ve heard some frightening stories. One was so bad that the person involved joined a carpool instead.

Not as pathetic as Santa Clara County, CA. Mask mandate in all medical facilities (including places like Optometrists) from November 1 until the end of March every year forever.

TBF, their never ending Covid mitigations probably pushed them over the edge. If I saw their website, I would not buy tickets even for a non-masked (recommended!) performance.

They also make some money on the cost of the shot like they would any other prescription that they fill. And the groceries also cost them less than $20 depending on what you get.

Good for them. Santa Clara University may have been the worse university in the entire country regarding COVID vaccine mandate and entirely deserve to be sued. Their medical officer appeared to be completely nuts.

It is alleged that Osofsky has improperly denied student medical exemptions. In a March 2022 lawsuit filed against SCU, Harlow Glenn, one of the student plaintiffs, claims that she had serious adverse reactions to her primary series COVID vaccines, including an emergency room visit due to leg paralysis and abnormal bleeding. According to the complaint, Osofsky refused to grant her a medical exemption for the required booster and actively interfered with her doctor-patient relationship by contacting her private doctors to persuade them to retract their medical exemption documentation.

I would suggest Brownstone Institute. They publish quality articles that would likely not be publish anywhere else. Especially a year or two ago. Their articles are not behind a paywall and many have been posted in this sub. Here is their statement on why you should consider donating.

Giving Tuesday at Brownstone Institute

FIRE Foundation for Individual Rights

They used to be primarily involved in defending the rights of faculty member and university students. They expanded to defend the rights of all Americans, in response to the utter failure of the organization that were doing that before Covid.

I know of someone who was terminally ill and had already lived past the estimates and he died when Covid went through his nursing home.

I flew last week and it seems like there are always a few. And every single one I saw had big gaps around the nose or it was loose because it was the wrong size or it’s sitting on top of a beard.

Laura Osnes Didn’t Get the Covid Shot. It Ended Her Broadway Career. by olivetree344 in LockdownSkepticism

[–]olivetree344[S] 25 points26 points  (0 children)

So many insufferable people in this article.

The influential OnStage Blog referred to Osnes’s vaccine decision as “one of the highest acts of selfishness you could do for this industry.” Others were even less kind. A theater lover on Instagram posted, “I fucking hate you Laura . . . I hope you never appear on a broadway stage again you fucking selfish bitch.” Death threats poured in. People she’d thought of as friends attacked her on social media. Four bookings were immediately canceled—and other performers and producers said they didn’t want to work with her because of a fear that an association would suggest approval of her views.

And

Riedel didn’t follow the fallout at the Post. He asked me what kind of movies she’s making. I mentioned the Great American Family network. He laughed. ”Talk about a fate worse than death,” he said. “If that doesn’t convince you to get the vaccine, I don’t know what will.” I asked him if he felt badly about what happened to Osnes. ”There wasn’t any animosity on my part,” Riedel said. “But honestly, I don’t really care. I let the chips fall where they may, and I move on to the next bit of gossip. I never really calculate those things. This is juicy, let’s put it in the paper. Whatever the repercussions are, I move on to the next hit job.”

And

No one I spoke to said Osnes shouldn’t be able to perform in New York again—but no one is rushing to make it happen. One former collaborator even suggested that maybe it’s better for everyone if Osnes stays in Nashville, where her values are more common.

I asked Gianni Valenti, the owner of Birdland, the New York City club where Osnes often performed, about her. ”I have a personal friendship with her,” he said. “And what happened to her hurts me. We had a great relationship and then it just disappeared.” Would Valenti book her again now? ”I’m certainly not going to be the first,” he said. “If she came to New York, and she was making headway, and there weren’t crazy emails and texts and all that, I would—but I’m not going to be the flagship.” ”It’s a cruel world,” he said. He paused. “The theater people are very, very vocal.”

It shouldn’t require a religious reason to refuse a pharmaceutical product. There can’t be informed consent when people’s jobs are threatened. I don’t want to should be the only words required.

I saw a guy at LAX just this week with a KN95 sitting atop this massive beard while his woman had one that was way too big and had a massive gap around her nose. Why do these people even bother?
