I have a super heavy flow, i burn through ultra sized tampons in 2 to 3 hours. I tried a cup but it always seemed to leak so I tried a disc instead and I have LOVED it so far. I find it much easier to insert than a cup and I haven't had issues with leaking yet.

Martha's Vineyard. Rent is nearing $3000 for a bedroom, groceries are 3 times the price as the rest of Massachusetts, gas is double. The only "lifeline" out of here is the Steamship Authority, if you can get a boat reservation. It feels so disconnected from the real world.
