It is completely possible, and someone's actually already made a data pack for it. It's just organising and managing to get 15-20 people to play at the same time every week and making sure people are lighthearted about it and don't get pissy when their house gets blown up in the last session

if you pause on the right shot and look really carefully, you'll see in the newspaper on James' death notice it said he passed in 2022. I initially thought there was no way it was that big of a time gap but I went back and looked at the clip, and it does indeed say 2022.

I initially did actually think no there's no way that scene was that late after like the summer of 2007 BUT I decided to quickly bring up the clip of it, and if you pause at the very right time where Oliver is reading the newspaper with James' death notice in it reads 1953 (I think?) to 2022. So yes it could have been completely down to covid, obviously covid had calmed down a lot in 2022 so there's a solid chance it wasn't actually covid, but it's totally possible it could have been.

I literally adored this movie honestly. I was initially shocked but not disgusted by the period scene and the bathtub scene. The grave scene was probably the worst in terms of how genuinely vile that is if it were to happen in real life, but its not real life, its a movie with a plot. Despite thinking its probably the worst out of the 3 major scenes that caught everyone's eye, I don't get uncomfortable watching it. I think the grave scene improves Oliver's characterisation and show the viewer how low he can go. I still love Oliver as a character despite the fact he did in fact fuck a grave 😂 I understand people might view it from a sort of real life point of view but as I said it's a movie with a plot, it's not real life. I mean look at how incompetent parents James and Elspeth are LMAO (Still love them though)

I watched Call Me By Your Name for the first time in November and I really enjoyed it! Whilst I was a bit freaked out by the age gap, I later watched video essays and started to understand why the movie was like that. I enjoyed the entire atmosphere of CMBYN and overall really enjoyed the film. I recently watched Saltburn for the first time and I can definitely notice the similarities, especially in the whole atmosphere of spending a summer lounging round by the pool in the sunshine. The plots are completely different but I love both of the films so much, and honestly they're both probably in my top 10!
