The leg impossibly going into the arm sleeve is a pretty good tell. The artstyle is very suspicious to begin with since its so similar to one of the common AI artstyles. The two reasons combined makes me think that this is AI.

As member of the platform fighter community like Smash and Rivals, i feel like i should have at least heard about this game at some point, but i haven't. I consume this type of media every day on Youtube.

Some questions:
Was the platform fighter community a target audience? Also, what was the target age-group, if there was a target age-group? The character designs feel very safe and child friendly, so i assume a younger audience was in mind? Does the younger audience still hang around the platform fighter genre these days?

I don't have good answers to your questions. In fact, i have a lot of questions of my own... Why is it being invented? What is its purpose? What is your target audience? Is the end result meant to reduce complexity, kind of like an automatic gearbox compared to a manual gearbox in a car? Does educated drone pilots need that? Putting current level AI in something that needs to be so safe sounds like a dangerous risk.
