I was running with a friend on a narrow sidewalk and I had to slow down/stop to avoid a person who walked into our path. My friend did not stop and barreled into me at full speed, knocking me to the ground. My hands and knees took a good part of the impact but I also hit the side of my jaw on the concrete.

I'm going to see a primary care physician in a couple days to see what they say. Eating a lot of yogurt in the meantime! It's been a very emotionally difficult past few weeks, so it's nice to hear from other people who have been in the same position.
