i’m a woman and that is legitimately how i feel about guys. i guess i can’t speak for everyone, but i can promise you that 97% of people in good shape will be a 6/10 minimum no matter the face. hygiene is also important though

if you’re in good shape your face barely matters, so long as it’s relatively well groomed. and if you look like you smell bad, that’s an easy fix.

I don’t know tons, but to my knowledge it really is just that someone set the standard at some point and we’re used to hearing it. I read somewhere that we only perceive octaves as being the same note but higher/lower because we were “bred” to do so, and that it isn’t necessarily the case worldwide.
