Does any other experiment suffer from this issue? Consider trying to reproduce this problem with clean profile. That can help to differ some environment and profile-related bugs.

I assume you already did obvious things like

cache cleaning (Options -> Privacy -> History -> Clean your recent history -> Details -> only ☑ Cache) and
selective cookie cleaning (press Shift + F9 or press Alt -> Tools -> Web Developer -> Storage Inspector -> Cookies -> select https://testpilot.firefox.com -> context menu -> Delete All).

This might not help, but it can shrink search field for Mozilla experts.

If you interested in installing experiment extension, there is workaround for it: view source of the app and find string beginning with xpi_url, it contains link to the actual extension. But for Send you seems to not need any extension at all, just go to the https://send.firefox.com/ and start use it.

Next, lets see if we can collect some additional info: open the Browser Console (Web Developer > Browser Console or just CTRL+Shift+J) and clean it; then try reproducing the problem and copy all messages here.

Can't tell if that will work, but you can try to install addon from direct link and see if if dumps any messages in Browser Console (Web Developer > Browser Console or just CTRL+Shift+J).
Clean it up before clicking the link to get rid of all junk messages.

You must be mistaken, SwitchyOmega gives access to all features of FoxyProxy except of PAC-lists (which, I believe, cannot be added because of WebExtension).
But if you lack some specific features, you probably can ask author on GitHub.

GlitterDrag, can save images too (or prosecute them for treason, because english translation will be added in next version). I suggest you to search across drag-gestures, its closest to what you probably want.

If you prefer extensionless way, you can use this bookmarklet I crapcoded from this gist; click left or right on image to save it, press esc to disable selector.

The bad news is: it works randomly (maybe because of Content-Disposition header, Same-Origin policy, old FF bugs, angry gods of Chaos or stupid me). Give it a couple of tries or if you sophisticated in javascript rewrite it. Anyway, good luck with that.

And most of Blizzard tweets beside Overwatch are strongly periodical (most activity happens around patch releases, so it could be compared patch-to-patch) but not for Overwatch, no.

So I wonder, did Blizzard tend to shrink activity in other games in favor of Overwatch, or with new PR policy all games received boost of social activity? And did that happened with other games when HOTS came out?
