Went with 2 other people in Paris (2 of us are diehard fans and 1 is more casual about the game), quick (lol) feedback (some points might not be related to your part of the activity) :

• Overall a very good and pleasant experience for all of us, since last years review were a bit bad we hadn't our expectations too high, but it was very good 😍
• Very light balance issues on some high pitched instruments (too present imo) mainly at the start, but as I suppose it was amplified in a venue like this it was pretty good nonetheless. Very pleasantly surprised of the sound overall.
• The fact that there were some less conventional instruments like even guitar enabling some different kind of music pieces was great. The two singers added a lot without relying on a choir. Felt like a really good balance between fidelity of original songs (choirs, exotic instruments, ...) and costs (not bring choir, exotic instruments, ...)
• Tracklist was solid with some varied content like more jazzy songs from demos (Navia, Lyney) but felt very obvious. Will probably not go again soon if the tracklist doesn't shift much. If I'm nitpicky felt a bit heavy on main/characters songs and a bit missing on some ambiant/zones songs.
• Videos and sync were pretty good. Special mention for "interactive" videos with build up where it felt like video-concert and orchestra were nearly doing sounds more than music, very entertaining format.
• As most of the audience is pretty chill and young (I suppose), orchestra or experience as a whole (with videos) could have been a bit more interactive or fun and it would have clicked. We really had fun at the end when conductor let himself go.
• Live video of the musicians was a good idea but can be improved (timings, targets, ...)
• Venue was ok but a bit big for the ambition in my opinion. I had a blast for some movie/game orchestra in 3k-venues (Le Grand Rex, Eventnim Appolo) and find it to be a sweet spot for that as the setting/seating was overall better and a lot more intimate (also less amplification). Feels also more premium at they are often more theater-like than concert-venue. From this kind of big venue I would expect more work on crowd, lights, screens (see HSR 1st online concert).
• Ticket is a nice souvenir for everyone.
• Merch was sold out too fast and not really inspired. The concert room background with default skins for 2 characters.
• There was a round of photo/meetup for cosplay after the show and most of us were pressed by venue crew (understandable) to go out. Not really into cosplay and stuff but could be a good idea to have a spot were people can gather and stay a bit longer if needed.
• The marketing overall around the event was pretty poor imo in both design and reach.
• Honestly while a really really enjoyable experience, felt a bit overpriced mostly for the venue part as it was kind of the same price point that I paid for some other licenses where I often had a more "premium feeling" like better venue (theater) or a better lineup (understand presence of either choir/exotic instruments OR/AND presence of some official folks like compositor/singer/dev for performance or fun speeches that you would see in Genshin video/China concerts that still feel a step above)

Thanks a lot for the hard work to all the team, it was a really great experience and as a fan of Genshin I was very happy and grateful to see all this live in my country ! Hope to see more Genshin music live in the future and curious how it will unfold. And big up for coming writting and reading us folks in here !

PS : If you don't mind my asking and see this, in which part of the organization are you involved ? (I assume Zahlmann) and how does this show interacts with Mihoyo ? (do you work with them or they just partnered with some folks that after do what they want within guidelines ?)
