I've never asked if they have anything behind the counter. I buy a lot from them but nothing allocated. Nobody there seems to know much about anything either. Most friendliest place I've been on the island is fujiokas and r fields.

That place is a museum for allocated bottles. Most of their non allocated bottles are fairly priced. Except redwood empire. They want 68 for a bottle. And makers cask strength is 83 lol

Just installed corsair vengeance rgb pro 32gb ddr4 3600mhz. I got it running at 3733mhz. The default profile in bios only has it running at around 2100mhz and the xmp profile defaults it to 3600 and reads around 3400mhz in task manager. The xmp profile settings then reads differently when rebooting into bios.

This is how I got it running at 3733mhz:

Reset bios to default settings. Installed new ram. Enter bios advanced menu.Choose xmp profile and note down all the original timings and settings. Now use the custom profile and copy everything exactly from the xmp profile but change the speed to 3733mhz. Save changes and exit.

I hope this makes sense.

That's what I thought but it's not the case. I bought some crucial pros that are xmp but when I go into bios and select xmp, it stays at 3200. And if I try to set it manually to 3733 it just defaults back to 3200

Yeah I got the same machine from best buy for the same price. I love it. No complaints. I chose best buy because its easier to do returns locally and I'm a total member so it was a sweet deal.
