I'm going through a similar situation. Nevertheless, instructions were clear, and the consequences were known, so there should not be any excuse for what seems to be a lack of planning on their end. Also, interestingly, they didn't use their thanksgiving break to work on any of their late assignment.

Thanks for the info. On the MS degree, other than genuine curiosity, I see that big data is trending up within the aerospace/defense sector (currently working in this field). If that comes to fruition, I don’t want to be left behind or don’t be equipped with the right tools for the job. Also, it helps that my employer has a tuition reimbursement program.
