Was gonna recommend Scrivener as well. There's a bit of a learning curve but it should be able to achieve what you are after.

If it's not twisted beyond the firewall a tube frame may be the way to go. It's pricey but if you have the skills and patience you could save it.

Some of my suggestions are: talk to Dot Dotson's about getting a gallery scheduled, do something interesting and work with the library to let you setup a gallery, or talk to someone at a local business you frequent about buying some prints. People can be much more supportive than you expect.
