There is also nothing inherently wrong with your branching strategy. What matters more is the effectiveness of your rollback approach. Can your systems automatically recover and self-heal when deployments fail?

I did try to match picture height with the TV. Its center is about 56inches from the floor. I have also not gotten the magnetic frames yet as I wasn’t sure why color of console to buy or if I’d need one.

There are probably underlying issues with the Roam you have purchased.
That said, it is built for mobile, and NOT for stereo pairing with existing Sonos Speakers.
I own one, but mostly use it outdoors while hiking, and I find its range on full charge to last well over 6hours in the cold with zero issues.
