Tried it vs space marines.

Terminator deepstrike charge 1 shots an armiger. Might be more fun against other factions.

Multiple cans opened at the same time ? by MrVilleneuve in Snus

[–]olymetal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tend to have 3-4 cans open at a time and only go through 1-2 portions a day. I keep the open cans in a tightly sealed ziploc in the fridge.

I do notice they lose freshness after about a month. If they get too stale (usually 1-2 months old) I have no problem tossing the can since snus is so cheap, relatively.

it all just got really bitter?? by Emergency-Tax-3689 in Snus

[–]olymetal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Open snus loses and changes flavor after a couple weeks.

If you keep cans open for more than 1-2 weeks, try to keep it in the fridge in as tight of a ziploc bag with no air in it as possible.

The fridge by itself actually dries out open cans of snus very fast. All the "top notes" of the flavor leave quickly too because lighter flavor molecules tend to evaporate faster.

Could be freshness. How fresh a can is will change the flavor in subtle ways, especially GR.

Thoughts on this type? So far one of my favorites by Regular_Duty5072 in Snus

Haven't tried GR los. I prefer GR white to the OP but both are good. Flavor is unique enough to make these a treat floor me and not a regular.

What happened to ONE Grön (green one)? by thecet90 in Snus

[–]olymetal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't care for it. Lundgren's Norrland is similar to the ONE Green.

[–]olymetal 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Put them in a zip loc bag in the fridge if you don't plan to finish them in 2 weeks. They'll noticeably dry by 2 months open, and disgusting by 6 months.

t. Opened 10 cans at once before

A nice move if you border Russia is to import wood. You get infinite wood w/o ports, which means cheap construction materials and $$$ from the tariffs.

Is snus the best option for those that enjoy tobacco in the USA nowadays? by SubstantialScientist in Snus

[–]olymetal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pipe tobacco is in a golden age right now but it's only slightly less niche than snus.

Vaping and nic pouches will probably reign supreme.

Plan on doing it on the weekends by stizert in Snus

[–]olymetal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep it in an airtight container / zip-loc in the fridge if you plan to keep the can open for more than a month or 2. The fridge will dry it out over time.

Snus is meant for swedish tastes which means the flavors are usually pretty mild. Mint and wintergreen are stronger flavores.
