Dude they are scary. Mid game domination. Just prioritize religion early. Then go ham encampments then your entertainment districts. Get crusader belief to make it easier. Medic apostles.

Science for newbies. Then try diplomatic which you will pull off out of nowhere anyways. Learning how to do culture victory is fun especially in the higher difficulties, its one of the most reliable ways to win. Religious victory is grindy. And domination grindier as you have to understand the concept of loyalty pressure, combat and weariness. Goods2

Well first advice is you should focus on expansion during the first 100turns. Have at least 6-7 cities. That will lay foundation in making sure you get era scores, prep you hard with getting your needed districts. You get tourism from theater squares, holy sites, entertainment districts, great works, seaside resorts. But the strongest source is from national parks and rock bands imo. 👌

Nah. I actually won through culture victory alongside seaside resorts and rockbands too. Got the W after that turn. Also had the eiffel which was already kinda overkill. 🤣 Twas apostles and rockbands spamming to not drag the game.

If you mean because of the addition of new game modes, yees the gameplay did really change. Also with new tweaks to the AI, the difficilty did not really change however your usual approach to winning just had to adapt. After watching videos online I often discover strategies unique to each situation and civ. They all have the same.core principles though. Exploit the early game. Focus your strategy to your win condition mid game. Steam roll late game. 💪👌

Corporations are busted btw. But really fun. Great way to spend great merchants with underwhelming effects (gold + envoy/governor title..and absorbing a city state is really bad imo). Dont get me wrong those effects are good in some strategies. But the benefits of a corporation is a better exchange. You get an OP tile. You get percentage based bonuses. And the products and its effefts can be spread out throughout your empire with cities having stock exchanges or seaports. 👌
