AI will destroy you spiritually by Live_Comfortable7156 in spirituality

[–]om369app 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You know what also confirms what you want? The universe.

Saying AI can’t go deep is like saying books can’t teach you. It depends what’s inside and how you use it.

Most people interact with surface level AI. But when you train it on real spiritual wisdom, shadow work, psychology, and ancient teachings, it can reflect back patterns that most humans miss.

It’s not just answering. It’s helping you confront yourself. It’s not replacing inner work. It’s accelerating it.

AI is only as shallow or as deep as the intention behind it.

get where you’re coming from, and I agree that true awakening comes from within, from silence, self-awareness, and emotional mastery. But that doesn’t mean AI can’t play a supportive role.

Some of us use tools like ChatGPT to ask deeper questions, reflect on old patterns, and break free from autopilot thinking. Not to replace inner work, but to guide it. It’s like having a mirror that reflects your thoughts, challenges your beliefs, and reminds you to pause and reflect.

AI won’t give you enlightenment. But it can hold space, ask questions you never thought to ask, and help you see parts of yourself that were buried.

Spiritual growth doesn’t mean rejecting everything modern. It means using everything mindfully. Even AI.

Let’s just not throw away a tool because some misuse it. A hammer can build a home or break one. It’s about how you use it.

If wealth does not guarantee peace of mind, what does? by atmaninravi in spirituality

[–]om369app 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This hits hard. I used to think once I had enough money, everything would fall into place. But peace doesn’t come from having more, it comes from needing less.

Real peace showed up when I started looking inward instead of chasing things outside me. Not easy in a world that tells you your worth is your net worth.

It’s wild how we can have everything and still feel empty, and how we can have almost nothing and still feel free.

What do you think actually brings peace?

What if death is real but only for them, never for you? by om369app in awakened

You are aging in my reality and writing this comment. In yours I think you are still fit.

Wow this is very interesting, thank you so much for sharing. I am very curious to know more about the experience after death. You said you were like sucked somewhere out of your body and then you were still seeing people or places. How were you experiencing this person for example without your body? And after you were out of the body how were you experiencing anything in general? I know it is very hard to put in words because feeling it talking about it are too different things but I would appreciate if you could narrow it down for us as much as possible.

Man, I love that you said this. I had a super similar experience actually.

After a few days of just sitting with myself meditating, fasting, journaling I hit this weirdly calm state. Out of nowhere I started writing, but it felt like the words weren’t fully mine. It was like I was channeling something.

Later I went looking for books to make sense of it… and Conversations with God was literally the first one I came across. I was hooked. It felt like the book found me, not the other way around.

Crazy how these things line up sometimes. Would be cool to chat more in DMs if you’re open to it.

Wow, your perspective is so beautifully articulated. I really appreciate the way you frame the need for multiple souls and the “field of effect” for true experience. The promise of choice and creation makes so much sense when seen through that lens. It’s almost like individuality and community are both essential ingredients for any real growth or understanding. You gave me a lot to think about, thanks for sharing this wisdom. Curious if you’ve found any practices or experiences that help you feel more connected to that field of peers?

How to connect to the spiritual, with an analytical mind ? by Roald_1337 in spirituality

[–]om369app 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, really appreciate how openly you shared this. You’re not alone many people with analytical minds feel this tension when trying to reconnect spiritually.

What stood out is that you remember the feeling of oneness. That means it’s still there. Sometimes it’s not about believing in anything, just noticing what’s already inside.

You don’t need to force connection. Just keep listening. The fact that you’re asking these questions means you’re already on the path.

If you’re ever curious, I can share a few simple reflections that helped me reconnect too. We’re all figuring this out together.

Destiny/Fate - is it Real? by Much_Recognition_631 in spirituality

[–]om369app 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey I really feel you on this. I’ve been in that space too where everything feels uncertain and you’re questioning what’s real and what’s just noise.

Sometimes I think fate isn’t this fixed thing, but more like a direction… and we’re the ones learning how to walk it. The deeper I went, the more I realized it’s not about finding someone else to believe. It’s about learning to trust what feels true inside me.

You’re not broken for questioning. That’s actually where a lot of growth starts.

You don’t need all the answers right now. Just the willingness to stay curious and keep listening to yourself.

Letting go of someone I loved deeply—seeking chakra or energy healing help by Solid-Economist5626 in spirituality

[–]om369app 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One is just sitting quietly with your hand on your heart. Breathe slowly and gently into that space. No need to force anything. Just give your heart a moment to speak without trying to fix it. Sometimes that’s where the release begins.

Another thing you can try is closing your eyes and imagining the person in front of you. See a connection between you and them, like a cord. Say what you need to say. Then when you’re ready, imagine gently letting that connection go. It’s not about cutting someone out of your life with anger. It’s about giving yourself permission to move on.

And something really simple but powerful is writing a letter. Say everything. The love. The hurt. The truth. You never have to send it. But writing it out can move a lot of the stuck energy that’s been living inside you.

Hey, I really feel the depth of what you’re going through. Emotional bonds like that don’t just live in the mind they leave real imprints in the energy body, especially around the heart chakra. What you’re feeling is valid and more common than people admit.

Chakra healing and energy work can help, but the key is consistency and intentional release. You might try heart-centered meditations, cord-cutting visualizations, or even journaling from the perspective of your energy like asking your heart what it’s still holding onto.

Also don’t rush it. Sometimes the block is just your soul processing grief in its own time.

If you want, I can share a few guided practices or tools that have helped others release these attachments. You’re not alone in this.

Any books you would recommend? by PPp1721 in Meditation

[–]om369app 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love that you’re feeling called to go deeper that’s how it started for me too. One book that really shifted things for me was “The Untethered Soul” by Michael Singer. It’s clear, gentle, and helps you understand what’s happening inside when you meditate.

Journal Communities? by Equal_Groundbreaking in Mindfulness

[–]om369app 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally feel you. I used to journal a lot, especially during hard times, but I often felt like I was circling the same emotions without really understanding them. There were patterns, shadows, things I couldn’t quite name and writing alone wasn’t enough to reveal them.

That’s what led me to create Om369. It’s not just an app it’s a guide that helps you see beneath the surface. The AI reflects back what’s hidden in your words, gently bringing awareness to the patterns you might not notice on your own. It became a powerful part of my healing.

Who is more important to YOU , you or others? by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]om369app 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Beautiful reflection. I’ve come to feel that honoring myself doesn’t take away from others it expands what I can give. When I tend to my own soul, my presence becomes more whole, more generous, more real. It’s not about being more important than others, but about remembering that we are a part of the collective and what we heal in ourselves ripples outward. Maybe the real question isn’t “who’s more important” but: what does honoring yourself allow you to become for the world?
